CREAMY PINEAPPLE PASTA SALAD IN A JAR
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Creamy Vidalia Onion & Poppy Seed Dressing 2 Tbsp. Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly 1/8 cup chopped red pepper 1/8 cup chopped red onion ½ cup al dente cooked Fusilli or Penne Pasta 1/4 cup chopped & peeled cucumber 6 grape or cherry tomatoes 1/8 cup crumbled feta cheese 4 black pitted olives 1 Tbsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lemon mixed with plain Greek yogurt Leafy greens
Instructions
Layer the jar from bottom to top, following the order shown in the ingredients list. Top remainder of jar with a pinch of your favourite leafy greens.
